Sweet Rocket

Sweet Rocket originates from Southeast Europe, where it grows wild along streams and beneath shrubs in mountain forests. The flowers release a delightful fragrance that particularly attracts butterflies. Various butterfly species use this plant as a food source for their caterpillars. Sweet Rocket easily self-seeds, making it an excellent choice for natural gardens. People without a garden can also enjoy this plant, as it grows well in flower pots and planters on balconies. If you cut back the flowers shortly after the final flowering period, this deciduous plant will return naturally in spring. Remove faded flowers regularly. Sweet Rocket flowers from May through September.
