Radish is a very well-known, easy to grown and popular vegetable. Less well known is that the leaves of radishes are also edible. Use the leaves in mashed potato stews, salads, in stews and shortly cooked like spinach. The fresh and spicy flavour of radish is delicious in combination with i.a.: cheese, salads, meat and fish. You can also eat radishes as a snack with some salt and a good glass of beer.
