Gazania is a striking, exotic-looking flowering plant that produces an abundance of colourful blooms and is highly tolerant of drought. Plant it in a sunny, sheltered location with well-drained soil. Easy to grow, Gazania is usually cultivated as an annual in cooler climates, but in warm, sheltered spots it can also be grown as a perennial. Even without a garden, you can enjoy this beautiful plant, as it grows well in pots and containers on balconies and patios. Regularly remove faded flowers to encourage continuous blooming.
