Asti Yellow is a big, delicious sweet flavoured, blocky sweet pepper variety. It ripens from dark green to bright yellow. Uses this sweet pepper in salads, filled with rice or mince meat and in other recipes. Needs support. The square, blocky peppers can be peeled, cut into pieces, sliced and filled with e.g. minced meat or rice or a mixture of these. Then put them in the oven with a little cheese on top for a quick and vegetarian meal. Serve with a salad with bell pepper and lettuce and some boiled rice. A delicious meal without meat.
